Nuway Construction is a family-owned company with values rooted in integrity, quality, and underpinned by complementary skill-sets. 

We come from a long line of skilled tradesmen and construction workers in central London; so it’s a real honour for us to be responsible for managing the renovation programmes on prime, historic and period properties throughout London.

In addition to the senior management team here below, we have a talented team of site managers and an extensive network of specialist trades which we tailor to suit the needs of each new project.


Ken Crouch (MCIOB)
MD & Project Manager

Ken is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 30 years experience in the sector.

With the early part of his career as a plumber and last 20 years across senior contract and site management positions, Ken established Nuway in 2018 to bring a long family background in construction under one brand, and to offer a first class service to discerning clients. 

He has worked on a wide array of construction projects and contractors in the past, across London and the South-East; from large framework projects with Wates, to more complex, high-spec commercial and residential refurbishment projects across London’s prestigious postcodes of Kensington, Belgravia and Mayfair.

Michael Crouch
Commercial Manager

Michael is responsible for the Commercial, Contracting and Marketing activity at Nuway.

He spent the formative years of his career honing financial skills across commercial and investment banking roles in London before moving to Dubai, where he held the position of Investor Relations Officer for a large, international offshore engineering company.

Since returning to the UK in 2017, he has helped to grow Nuway Construction from inception. He graduated from Loughborough University in 2008 with Banking, Finance & Management BSc (Hons).
